We believe in the value of outstanding food.  Chefs Shin Kim and Sean Ikeda have developed a concept to bring high end cuisine and desserts to Maui in a casual, affordable environment. 


We incorporate the flavors and culinary culture of Hawaii with a modern take on Japanese bento and pastry.
